Apply to Our Mexico Sky Islands Program

Note: We are not accepting applications for our Mexico Sky Islands project for summer of 2009.

Registration fees are $1,150 for the 10-day term, and include:

• Travel to Study Site from Tucson
• All room and board on study site
• Specialized field equipment
• Field training in ecological techniques
• Services and supervision of herpetologists in the field

Expenses that are not included are:

• Flight to Tucson, Arizona
• Personal Field Gear
• Tuition and fees for university academic credit (optional)
• Any food or accommodations needed in Tucson

There are no set prerequisites, although those in advanced stages of undergraduate or graduate programs, or those who have completed a program, are preferred and will get the most out of the program. The most important qualifications are a responsible attitude and good work ethic, and these qualities need to be verified by personal references as part of the application process.

Full payments are due one month prior to departure. Fees subject to change. Payments for deposits and program fees made in the United States may be made through Google checkout.
